Some governing body correct? And should not we have laws to attempt to preevent the occurence in the first place>?

The govt decides who can pollute for a price. It uses violence to take a monopoly on courts and regulations. Do you deny there is pollution and resulting damage now? Where is your govt with all its agencies, rules, regs, preventions and courts to stop it? The game is rigged, and you support it.

Conservatives want to do the opposite.
Well I'm a conservative and want all those things, but differ with liberals on how to go about it. Number one I want to end open borders and mass and global immigration. It would address all those issues except social security but continuous population growth pyramid scheme is not a long term or right way to safe guard social security.

Frank. What is your answer. That you shoot your neighbor if he pollutes your property? At the end of the day we all need a system we can work with. Anarchy is not the answer.

Who is polluting your property? You don't really own the wind that blows through your property or the water that flows through it.

Well that answer solves exactly nothing. I guess you would think its okay for Russia to release a nuclear fallout on the U.S> because we do not won the wind.

I'm asking who is polluting your property and how? I'm not saying it's not possible for someone or a group to pollute your property or environment even maliciously. A certain level of pollution is a necessity for comfortable and affordable living and is all of our blame is my point.

I guess you were making an anti-libertarian argument by saying property and not the environment within this country as I consider the whole country basically the property of rightful citizens.

So if West Virginia coal ash ruins Virginia crops what is your determination? That if coals is worth more then screw the crops?

I mean its real easy if in this scenario that you get your crops from Mexico (yep overseas) as long as you get cheap heating.

Seriously. This is no different than tariffs.

how wrong can you be

Liberals want:

-To raise our wages, so you pay more taxes and have less in your wallet

-Protect low paying jobs, so the serfs can be dominated by the liberal elite masters

-Have more expensive (to the tax payer), and worse healthcare( look are the dept of health horror clinics

-keep Social Security at its dying level

-talk environment, but never do a thing except talk a new tax

I don't think that is happening. But what democrats seem to demand is near zero pollution and that is prohibitively expensive, unnecessary and impossible and leads to unaffordability and lack of development.
