I should have recorded and diff'd it for posterity, but just a couple days ago I watched both Trump's news conference, AND several media reports on same... and funny how what were purported to be direct quotes were actually quite different from what came out of Trump's mouth.
If you believe secondhand sources and 'quotes' from the media (and this applies to everyone in the spotlight, including Biden and Harris) -- you are being lied to, and don't know it. Go to the original source (pretty much everything significant is now on video, so you need not trust someone's transcript) and watch it firsthand; otherwise you really have no idea what they actually said.
And I do mean original sources. Video live from the White House has not been edited for television; by the time it gets as far even as Fox News, let alone elsewhere, it may have been (couple days ago one aired by Fox was garbled, yet you had to listen carefully to tell it was their tape at fault, and not Trump having difficulty). Same with Biden/Harris -- who I hope will create their own channel and do their own live videos, so we can see the reality and not the Memorex edition.

And his past actions are a testament to his rolling back of environmental protections, and his strong interest in cutting back Social Security, Medicare, etc., and in general looking for any untapped corners of the federal budget to rob and give away to his fellow Unconscionables.
