Everybody here saying good and excellent to no ammo sales proves you just want to stick it to legal gun owners anyway you can, and violence is just your excuse.

I just completed my third trip to Walmart this year, and the only reason I was there is because it’s right next to the hotel we are waiting out the hurricane in. Walmart not carrying ammo makes no difference to me. However, a good friend of mine owns a gun shop and will be thrilled at the loss of Walmart as a competitor.

No online sellers will be thrilled, local gun shops are notorious for marking up their ammo. If a box of 9mm costs $9 at walmart down the street at a pawn or gun store it costs $15. But do those saying " excellent" think paying extra is going to stop a thug or maniac from getting ammo?,,,,,NO duh......

I order all my Ammo online. No sales tax and delivered right to the door. I've never bought ammo at Wally World as I try to avoid that store at all costs.

To us non-gun owners it is the equivalent of Walmart having a section of their store dedicated to porn and adult toys. Considering most gun owners are conservatives (who wouldn't want their kids asking questions about adult toys) I'm sure you will understand now.
Ugh it's called sporting goods section, not the gun section. And read my reply above also.

Guess I’ll have to tell my buddy he needs to increase his markup. He’s usually within a dollar or two of Walmart on price.
