If San Francisco thinks the $380,000 settlement to the National Rifle Association back in 2008 hurt, they ain't seen nothing yet. This will make Proposition H seem like a walk in the park when the courts are done with them.

City government most certainly does not have a "right" to make this declaration.

FURTHER RESOLVED, That the City and County of San Francisco should take every reasonable step to limit those entities who do business with the City and County of San Francisco from doing business with this domestic terrorist organization..
San Francisco has at a minimum opened itself up to a civil suit (intentional interference with contractual relations), and likely federal prosecution for civil liberty violations (multiple first amendment claims, including the implicit right to freedom of association).

The NRA promotes, and funds programs for gun safety, and LEGAL, and responsible ownership and use of firearms. To suggest they do anything but is irresponsible, false, and just to advance the narrative of disarming the law abiding citizen.

Got any proof on that ? Name one mass shooter that was an NRA member. There has to be at least one , maybe more for you to actually believe what you posted, right ?
