i'll actually be surprised if daniels testifies. the investigation is about how the hush-money payments to both daniels and karen mcdougal relate as illegal unreported campaign contributions. i'm not sure what daniels can add that isn't already known. we know that she was paid $130k thru a dummy corporation but daniels has never suggested that she had any knowledge that trump was aware of the payment.

possibly, but it seems the current general perception among the public is that they're regurgitating the affair as opposed to following up on the campaign finance violation. i think this should have been investigated around the time of micheal cohen's testimony before congress.

The only thing Nancy is "slow walking" is the implosion of the Democrat Party.

She has absolutely no clue how to micro-manage the civil war that has erupted within the ranks.

That is more likely. How to maintain power for the last few years before she is replaced by far Left crazies who are taking over the Democrat party.

the court filings ( from both sides ) support daniels' account of the affair and contradict trump's claims that it didn't happen.

that being said i doubt she'll be testifying in front of congress about the campaign finance violation.

Amazing that Trump supporters don't give a dang about any possible campaign finance violations because he is their guy. Imagine if was A Dem...they would be all over it.

Yeah, we should be as outraged as Dems were when those Buddhist “monks” were delivering paper bags of cash to the Clinton-Gore campaign...

Reap what you’ve sown hypocrites.

You mean like these campaign finance violations by the Obama campaign?
Obama 2008 campaign fined $375,000

President Barack Obama’s 2008 campaign was fined $375,000 by the Federal Election Commission for campaign reporting violations — one of the largest fees ever levied against a presidential campaign, POLITICO has learned.

The fine — laid out in detail in FEC documents that have yet to be made public — arose from an audit of the campaign, which was published in April. POLITICO obtained a copy of the conciliation agreement detailing the fine, which was sent to Sean Cairncross, the chief lawyer for the Republican National Committee, one of the groups that filed complaints about the campaign’s FEC reporting from 2008.

“$375,000 is a huge fine,” said Republican election lawyer Jason Torchinsky. “It may one of their top five- or 10-largest fines.” But he added, “They’re also the first billion-dollar presidential campaign. Proportionally, it’s not out of line.”

It is the campaign that is charged and fined by the way.

in that case it was the campaign that was fined because the donations were reported just late of deadline. not so with trump. in trump's case ( and john edwards ) the funds weren't reported at all and actions were taken to keep them secret.
