How many people have ever read the 2nd Amendment?? What part of "shall no be infringed" don't they understand?

The Second Amendment of the United States Constitution reads: "A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed."

Nah. Not a chance.
I doubt they could even get it on the floor, and they probably know that. It does demonstrate the Democrat approach to governing, though. The success of the Obamacare cramdown has led them to believe that everything can be done that way.

I'm in favor of a voluntary buy back and in favor of removing weapons from shelves and stores, but opposed to a mandatory buy back.

Notice how many people actually take the side of govt in regards to what kind of weapons the 'general public' should have access to? This just astounds me, that many people can be so easily brainwashed using safety and security!!!! Just look at the number of people on CD, that are always asking, why do you all need to have military grade firearms or such powerful firearms?...well DUH, its not about what we NEED, its about being a threat to tyranny!!

Govt to the people..."we will respect the 2nd, but you cannot have CERTAIN types of weapons (oh but law enforcement and military are exempt). LOL

The general public should have NEVER tolerated the laws and regulations on full automatics, they should have stood their ground and said NO, we will not permit govt to enact laws like this!!!

You seem to not understand the actual meaning of buyback. Please clarify.
Since the firearms you disdain are fully legal, stores that choose to cater to the market won't be removing anything from their shelves.

How about you liberals and your hand slap bleeding heart justice system actually put away some of these criminals, put an end to the "sanctuary city" garbage, get rid of the illegals, and fund some more mental institutions instead of taxing gun owners?
