Not sure where you're going with this... you can't indict a sitting President. Trump has been President the entire time that people have suggested he will go to jail.
No he wants to dump Pence and put in Ivanka for VP in 2020 then in 2024 he'll run as the VP on Ivanka's role as the presidential candidate and then he'll control her administration until the Kushner for president starts as they try to dominate the politics of this country as emperors/kings the "chosen one's" and having bankrupted the US then buying it for pennies on the dollar and treat everyone as their dependent slaves trashing the Constitution and making us all endure the food lines that they will make us pay for as they claim no freebies.

The problem is it is against the constitution to seek a full third term as President. A Vice President can serve under ten.years of their sitting President dies, is impeached or steps down. This would end up in pretty much an instant impeachment.
