I’m not into conspiracy theories but why now. Antonio Brown was worth millions before he signed with the patriots. Everyone knows Commissioner Roger Goodell and the NFL hate the patriots success. They know with Brown as another weapon for Tom Brady would make the team almost invincible. So one way to stop it would be to come out with a bogus rape charge and prevent Brown from playing...Just putting it out there...
Denver did the same thing as the Patriots and nothing was done to them.
He fine them. In the case of Broncos the evidence was one game. In the case of Patriots it was years including the 2001 super bowl. So of course the Patriots fine was larger.

Well this thread didn't age very well, some really poor conclusions. Its tough for a woman to go up against a franchise running back. I wonder how much Oakland knew before they signed him. Maybe someone will give Kaepernick a shot putting aside his severe transgression.
