What will end up happening is Russia will be the whitest country in the world, and a destination for illegals around the world. And Russia has a massive border, no way they can ever hope to secure it. My guess is they will make it a punishing place for minorities to live, and people will still try to sneak in.
If you look at the latitude range of the Continental United States, we span the range from central France down to southern Morocco (or from northern Japan to southern China). Left to its own devices, the population would evolve across a range from white in Minnesota to heavily tanned or light black in southern Florida. Its normal for a population at our latitudes to have a mix of skin tones.
Brazil is too violent and 3rd worldly. The internet is full of horrible videos from Brazil showing acts of torture and brutal killing, making it appear this is extremely common there. The gangs really make life miserable for themselves and their people. Theft is rampant, and the only response that has been effective is shooting the thieves in broad daylight to deter others.
Sometimes, the locals will take matters into their own hands and torture perpetrators, whether they committed the crime or not. It doesn't seem to matter to them. Just as long as someone pays dearly. That's mob justice for ya, and it appears to be a common occurrence over there.
Also, have you ever seen a favela? Just do a google search and educate yourself. As has always been said, Brazil is a nation of the future, and always will be.
