Where's the proof he's special needs

I smell another attempt to exploit special needs programs and just make special needs students look more used up and worthless than what they're capable of, not trying to white knight blindly for special needs kids in general... But.

I honestly hope this is not the case of an abused or special needs kid but rather the type of kid who had a "proper" upbringing but for whatever reason developed a rebellious attitude. Why do I hope this? Because then we have another case of a teen who thinks they are big shot and who are surprised with "What happened?" The answer is they have to deal with the consequences for being a jerk. In this case, I am talking about possible expulsion.

All I see is a kid who didn't get the participation trophy he thinks he richly deserved...
