Climate issues are a big problem, and they are not all man's fault , liberals like to play it that way for the money plain and simple.
Climate is changing due to the sun and the maunder minimum and magnetic fields shifting and the earth going through changes it usually does over thousands of years period. volcano activity has increased and you have to realize that there are volcanos in the ocean as well spewing lava changing things there as well, probably in places that have been dormant for a few thousand years. Arctic regions come to mind.
I don't know how raising taxes is going to cure it, but I bet someone is making money on the scam.
Climatologists did not go to school to be poor. Any scientist can come up with data proving anything they want, especially if it pays.
After Fukushima, they quickly shut down the Geiger counters on the coast and then proceeded to raise the safety levels of radiation all of a sudden. After 50 years, in one day the safety level is all of a sudden less important? never mind the Pacific ocean is dying and all that is around it. unsuccessful fishing is only getting worse. I have friends that no longer fish the pacific. Even sold their boat.
But even the volcanic activity in the Pacific is increasing. RING OF FIRE.
If nuclear plants move to Thorium I would have more confidence in the industry but they are not moving. this is the issue worth pursuing.
The earth is going to go through changes, and the oceans may actually rise in our lifetime and force us ou of coastal establishments that's life like it or not. There is plenty of proof the oceans were far shallower in places cities were built and lost to the rise then.
Stomping your feet is not going to change a thing.
Some folk are choosing to live inland and some learning to live on the water, I like the fantasy of living on the water especially because I love to swim, but the reality is, in time eventually reality catches up, and the shocking truth is, gravity works.
There are already towns on the east coast lost to the ocean. No one forced them to live there that was their choice and now they can't sell. Maybe they hope the government will buy them out for their loss.
Bad investments should be the responsibility of the buyer, just like buying stocks on the exchange.

Magic is a right wing phenomenon.

I prefer science.

More conspiracy theory nonsense.

We are having a plague of fictional excuses for people to not man up and do the right thing.

And what is the "right thing" to do, and how do you know?

Climate change is cyclical. Humans may contribute a very small percentage, but there are still record setting temperatures that were recorded a hundred years ago. Read about the Vostok Ice Core Samples.

It is what I "want to think", as the evidence and the scientific articles that support AGW are crap. The only reason you support AGW is that you have no scientific training or knowledge that would permit you to understand that the whole concept is garbage.

If there was rational, well conducted science supporting AGW, I would support it. The academic fraud and terrible data collection methods, lack of standardization, and statistical analysis for the "studies" supporting AGW are terrible.

One cannot simply publish total rubbish and expect everyone to believe it. If AGW was true, then why does all the raw data have to be faked/revised/manipulated to verify the hypothesis? This, of course, is the opposite of science.

Also, can you tell me precisely what the percentage impact of the earth's declining magnetic field strength has on global temperatures or the ability of solar radiation to reach the surface of the planet? If not, then focusing on one VERY SMALL potential influence on climate is absurd.

'Americans are waking up': two thirds say climate crisis must be addressed

Climate change has gotten to the point that many people can feel it first hand. "Hey, the weather isn't the same as it was when I was a kid."

Millions of people in the West, the Midwest and the Southeast have or will have their homeowner's insurance cancelled. Insurers are beginning to see many areas of the country as uninsurable due to high risk for wildfires, floods and hurricanes, all made worse by manmade climate change.

Reality is beginning to set in.

they melt EVERY interglacial period.... the average peak global temp duringan interglacial period is 72'f-75'f...we are currently at ~60'f global average.....still have a way to go (10'-15'f) until we peak, and the cycle changes...an its natural baby
