I believe it's damn silly to talk about whether or not we "believe in" it, like it was Jesus or Santa Claus.

I don't really keep track of climate change, excluding the seasonal changes, but I accept there are parts that are natural and parts that are man-made. Where and when it is man-made is debatable!

Still waiting for it to happen.....
They were saying that when I was a Child in the 70s. They haven't stopped yet.

If it is majority human causes, China and India will be the largest contributors going forward regardless of how much we clean up our act.

That's close to my position but I think that human activity, including cow farts and clear cutting rainforests, is a significant contributor and perhaps a trigger in this case. Maybe not the main cause. I think it is late in the game but we might be able to mitigate the outcome if we get cracking. It is a pay now or pay more later situation.

The plan seems that we can party on in a greedy stupor and let our kids rebuild Miami, Charleston, NOLA, and a dozen other places, airports, naval bases and shipping facilities while resettling and absorbing the population of Bangladesh and a half dozen other countries. That doesn't sit well with a lot of people including those that are beginning to realize they will be paying the cost -- not the "1%" getting rich by ignoring the problem.

And the poor old dead horse gets beaten again..........the first dire warning that I've seen was published in 1922 when we had the usual 12 years left.....a long running scam......
