He could watch tv and tweet during executive time like our current POTUS. Then go play golf.
He wouldn't need to be questioned. The POTUS has an entire tax payer provided shop for that. And the party has one, too. He would be free to say whatever he wanted in the time frame he selected. If he didn't want to answer a question he could just wave it off. After all, it's all fake anyway.
