Knixwear, a company that sells “leak-proof underwear,” accidentally spilled an ad concept that brought to mind sexual assault.
The post recently appeared on Facebook with the slogan, “What happens in Knix Leakproof stays in Leakproof” alongside a photo of a dirty pair of women’s shoes discarded haphazardly in the grass next to a crumpled undergarment.
If it's deliberately done to get controversy it's even worse
Why one earth would a company use THAT to advertise? Shouldn't underwear ads suggest happiness, being cheerful, unwinding after work, or fooling around?

Maybe they were fooling around.
Just because an outdoor pile of discarded clothing suggests sexual assault to you, doesn't mean that that's what it is.
What would some people be doing with themselves if they weren't wringing their hands and being outraged?
I would have included additional clues... maybe seeing an image of a male model and a female model giggling behind the bushes, to make it clear. People who make ads are in the PR industry... they probably didn't intend this, but...

The add makes me think there is a woman willingly doing the deed in the bushes nearby. Nothing forced.
TY - I was thinking the same thing - back in the day for we old people - a picture such as that would suggest that she was so hot and horny she couldn't wait to get to a private place - I don't read sexual assault into it - but in today's society everything is looked at negatively or people read into it with usually bad thoughts.

Same. But it's the new wave feminism for you. Sex debases women and props up the patriarchy after all. That said, not the best ad. Incontinence is more a middle-aged and up thing, by which time most people are past the picking up guys for one night stands in the bushes.
The SJW crowd see humans as inherently evil while the classically-liberal crowd don't.
