No. Does the business have a right to shoot customers with guns because they are potential terrorists? Stand your ground laws should apply. Yes?

However these same liberals and Democrats say a Christian business should NOT have the right to not endorse gay marriage. I agree that they are hypocritical.....about many things...however I think a business has the right to do what it wants on it's premises. Including no guns, banning a certain race, no gays allowed, only gays allowed...etc....

Anyone with a gun is a potential terrorist? So your stance on our justice system is that it should be guilty until proven innocent?

Yes.

Thanks for proving my point that stand your ground laws are removing our justice system. Cheers.

Nope, you are still wrong either intentionally trolling or because you don't understand the stand your ground law.

The Stand your Ground law involves threats or perceived threats, whereas your "anyone with a gun" doesn't make them a threat.

No, Idiots open carrying an AR15 are advertising just how uber gun rights they are which is a political statement and negatively affects public safety.

I would have a completely different take if they tried to ban concealed carry which I view as self protection.
Why is concealed carry different? A concealed gun is more dangerous than one that is out in plain sight. A business has a perfect right to ban guns on its property, open or concealed.

Who is "they"...Walmart? They absolutely can regulate who carries concealed guns in their store. They could put a metal detector at the door and refuse entry if you set it off.

Same with 1st amendment rights. I can stand outside and yell "Walmart sucks!" all I want. But if I go in the store and do it, they have every right to throw me out.

You must live un a war zone. Can you move? I couldn't imagine living in an area that carrying a gun was a neccesity. So sorry. Hope your country or region has a truce and the war ends.

Thanks for the ridiculous non-answer. It just proves you are trolling.
