You should get in the med field then & start diagnosing people on the spectrum. You'd make millions because they wouldn't have to see a speech therapist or a specialist to diagnose autism.

Also, I read an interesting take from a scientist. He/she basically said they (scientists) aren't a charismatic bunch, so the community is very grateful that in their frustrating and & often failed efforts they have someone like Greta who is obviously doing something right & using sound data.
I can't understand how climate change is a liberal vs conservative issue. We're all breathing the same air. Even when I was a far right Republican I still tried to be green & help the environment. Even if climate change isn't true, the outcome of people working to improve it would be cleaner air & less pollution.
Also, climate change is a major issue for the youth (conservative & liberal), so if the Republicans want to still be around in 10 or so years, they better start tackling environmental issues more.
I am in the medical field. I did not make her diagnosis- her diagnosis was made by other physicians and she and her parents revealed her diagnosis.

I think Greta is functioning OK considering she's, oh I don't know, spoke in front of the UN. Led a youth climate movement across the globe from New Zealand, to Italy, to India. Led a march of 500,000 people. Influenced numerous political leaders to make changes to mitigate climate change. Influenced numerous leaders & investors to donate over half a million dollars in just one day alone. And on and on.

But people on the right dont belive in science. They belive in doubt and disinformation.
The west is built on Science.. every type of "science" there is. And it has made our lives better then any time in human history. But somehow those bastard climate scientists, are bought of by the "big bucks" in academics.

That went right over your head. Read it again. I was commenting about the posters amazing ability to be able to diagnose from watching a 1 or 2 min video of someone talking. I was being sarcastic implying if this was true, they could sit at home & simply watch Facetime videos of people talking & diagnoses them. That'd be a lot cheaper for insurance companies rather than having to send the child to a speech therapist or a specialist to diagnose them.

Yup. Believe it or not, I voted for Bush in 2000 & 2004. I voted 3rd party for both of Obama's elections. My parents & dads side of family are all very conservative, so I followed suit without too much thought. And wasn't there some talk about Alaska in that election, because we had a fondness for Alaska & Gore talked about Alaska's environment. I had liberal, well far left views for awhile, but couldn't bring myself to vote democrat, but now I certainly will. I'm older & wiser now.
