If there is nothing untoward in the transcript of the 'phone call being released then it's a massive own goal.
A year away from an election and having wasted most of his presidency pursuing ludicrous claims on Russian interference the Dems still have no credible presidential candidate from among a forest of second-raters.
The American electorate will figure if they're that bad in opposition they'll be terrible in power.

The transcripts of this phone call will probably likely be as factual as the ones Released by Nixon
(which turned out to be nothing like the original recordings).
Trump said he talked to Ukranians about Biden. Why if not to coerce?
To root out corruption. To drain the swamp. Presidents often ask for help from foreign leaders in catching criminals.
Democrats are trying to impeach the president in order to discredit the investigation of Biden. That is why Nancy Pelosi is finally changing her mind. They are not going to let Biden go down without a fight.
The Democratic House of Representatives is trying to cover up Biden’s corruption. That is all this impeachment stuff is.
If the whistle blower report was a nothing burger, then they would have passed it on to Congress. Historically EVERY report -- relevant or not has been passed on.
I do believe the White House has figured out the spin and think that because Trump did not explicitly say -- I won't hand over the funds unless you investigate Biden -- that all is good.
Not realizing that a condition or 'threat' can be implied by the mere suggestion of -- Yeah Congress approved the money....yup I got it here -- just sitting on my desk. Not sure when I'm going to release it. So how are things in the Ukraine..any corruption? did you want to look into the Biden deal?
You must of been crushed that Trump was never indicted in the Russian hoax. That was your best chance to get him. Far leftist so desperately need him to be a criminal so they can throw that label out there, Hillary destroyed evidence and committed real obstruction, you would never call her that though. That’s why it’s easy to laugh at hypocritical partisan comments like yours. “He’s a criminal, impeach, wahhhhh!!”
