Fuele, you're missing the point!

Asking a foreign power to interfere in our election is illegal....full stop

If Trump had conversations with Zelensky about the NFL or the weather, that's fine

Wouldn't the subpoena be the "enclosure" referenced on page 4 of the letter? LMAO.

There wasn't a request to interfere. I don't see it , and many others do not either.

The DOJ didn't think it broke the law.

Don't be so sure the MSM would not have found an angle to attempt to get Trump with ANY conversation he has. CNN and MSNBC have a 24/7 cycle to fill.

Laugh all you want.

The letter says they are transmitting the Subpoena and as of today 10-1 it has not been delivered.

Look at the part in red below. They even fail to provide a Notice of Disposition as required by house rules.

Fuele, you Trump, Barr, Guiliani agree with you! Most others don't!

If you don't think that this was a request to interfere then the Impeachment won't happen or Trump won't be removed

Trump: "I would like you to do us a favor though because our country has been through a lot and Ukraine knows a lot about it. I would like you to find out what happened with this whole situation with Ukraine"

How is this NOT asking Ukraine to interfere??

That is not unusual.

Mid-term elections usually favor the party who is not president.

For example, 2012 and 1994.

According to Pompeo's letter, there was no Notice of Deposition for the State Department employees, not for Pompeo. The news articles all refer to a subpoena issued to Pompeo.

Moreover, removing Shokin bestowed no benefit on Burisma because Shokin's removal increased the chances that Burisma would be investigated (given that Shokin had refused to investigate Burisma).
The conflict of interest is evidence of potential corruption...I mean how many other times did Biden personally threaten to withhold aid from countries unless they fired someone? As far as I know the only time he did it was when he had a personal reason to do so.

Also, when you fire a prosecutor for investigating a company you seriously think the chosen replacement would make the same mistake?

Also, you can keep repeating the lie that the prosecutor wasn't investigating the company that he was fired for investigating but it won't get you anywhere.

If Trump did nothing wrong why don't all the players just cooperate and get it over with?
