The GOP will have to decide at what point they bail on the President to save the party. Personally, I don't see people like Mitch McConnell going down with the ship once he sees the writing on the wall.

Trump and his administration are a completely con job. If the call was so perfect why did they try to cover it up?
Pompeo pretended he didn't know anything about the call. It won't be a shock if he put the transcript in the code word server. Impeach the corrupt good ol boy club.

Trump's tweets are so *&@!*! precious. I can just picture him lounging in his caftan in front of the teevee going bonkers because those big meanies being so mean and unfair to him. And he spews the most colorful @#$*&! language. No wonder the evangelicals love him so much. Very Christ-like.

Using political office to engage in horse trading to advance personal interests = not ok
1. Looking into corruption advances American interests.
2. Looking into election interference advances American interests.
3. Getting re-elected advances American interests.

Personal interests are nowhere to be found, even if we accept the highly dubious way the Left is framing things.

How is the country being destroyed?

Would a dem automatically “rebuild” it?

The Finnish President looks horrified. He appears to be desperately searching for an exit.

Not at all what anyone would expect the reaction to be from an innocent man. Trumps' rebuttal is an instant replay of Richard Nixon's attempted smokescreen in 1974.
The " facts " are not clearly demonstrative of " high crimes and misdemeanors" . The " Complaint goes into more detail than what is reveled by the record of the call.

"Over the past four months, more than half a dozen U.S. officials have informed me of various facts related to this effort. The information provided herein was relayed to me in the course of official interagency business. It is routine for U.S. officials with responsibility for a particular regional or functional portfolio to share such information with one another in order to inform policymaking and analysis."

The above, taken from the Letter itself, wouldn't it be important to go into detail regarding these" facts " mentioned above ?

"I was not a direct witness to most of the events described. However, I found my colleagues’ accounts of these events to be credible because, in almost all cases, multiple officials recounted fact patterns that were consistent with one another. In addition, a variety of information consistent with these private accounts has been reported publicly."

" I was not a direct witness"

" ...private accounts has been reported publicly " ?
Isn't there an issue with using media reports to confirm facts ?
Because something is " reported publicly " that is a verification of the truth ?

An innocent man wouldn't release the record of the call. Nancy said it was a " cover up of a cover up "
Explain.

Asking a foreign leader to look into corruption: OK
Asking a foreign leader to look into election interference: OK
