I agree. But Barr got in the way. Mueller specifically addressed the memo in his testimony.
How can barr get in the way of an impeachment?
If mullers report was so damning, then why cannot congress say "see here" here is why we are going to impeach?
Nothing out of muellers mouth about any charges or anything else.....he is not going to tell congress to go impeach (the way I said it earlier, flew so far over 007 head, they had no clue, but expected from them), but here is my report with everything you need. No, he is not allowed to come right out and say that..but he damn well could have said here is what I found wrong and why it's wrong....without ANY recommendations...none, not one from muellers mouth...
