I would have guessed Asia to be the fastest growing. Anyway, Africa has a lot of natural resources, perhaps they can handle it? I do think the world is a bit over populated, but people get a little touchy about that subject.

Have Africans ever been able to handle anything? The average IQ there (70) is equivalent to what we consider disabled in the US.
