While investigating a spate of mysterious deaths and hundreds of hospitalizations linked to vape pens, NBC News commissioned one of the nation's top cannabis testing facilities to sample 18 THC vape cartridges obtained from legal dispensaries and unlicensed dealers.
Three of the cartridges bought from legal dispensaries were found to contain no heavy metals, pesticides or residual solvents such as Vitamin E - which should not be inhaled.
10 out of 15 samples from black market dealers, however, contained pesticides containing myclobutanil - a fungicide that converts to hydrogen cyanide when burned.
Let's see......I think I will buy bootleg things from cheapo gas station stores and vape shops and then put vast quantities of it into my lungs...because, after all, this sounds like a great thing to do.......
I don't think anyone forced the american importer to import it, the shop owner to sell it or the buyer to buy and use it. I'm sure it doesn't say FDA Approved with a number on the box.....
This is actually Libertarians Paradise. All my Libertarian friends have been arguing FOR THIS for many years. Of course, they will be mad that the Government is not going to clamp down. They think an eatery, for example, should be able to sell food that is poison because people will realize it and stop buying it and the eatery will go out of business.
They never think about what happens in between, of course......

Since this is a deadly poison, wouldnt China be guilty of premeditated mass murder/ genocide on a HUGE scale? I think the UN has to formally charge them though, but if its proven they are indeed from China, it shouldnt be a problem charging them.
Perhaps if Trump is impeached we can end the trade war with China and get more bunk oil and poison animal food and toxic sheetrock etc and Biden can get another pay day
