We will continue to have gender-specific (male and female) multi-stall restrooms that are readily available to any employee that prefers to use one. But, there will be no urinals in any restroom in the building. This will give us the flexibility we need for any future changes in signage … I am convinced that this is the right way to ensure success as your employer, remove arbitrary barriers in our community, and provide leadership that is reflective of our shared values.
Next they'll ban standing while peeing. Do you doubt it?
Tempe Arizona Independent Fundamental Baptist pastor Steven Anderson, who is known for praising the Orlando massacre and calling for the execution of all LGBT people, addressed this topic.
We hit up a bar in Portland that has one gender neutral bathroom. 4 stalls, floor to ceiling dividing walls, common sink area. It's not a problem. Spent four years in Germany where the same thing could be found even at tourist destinations(where some tourist would try to go in one gender at a time but locals of either would just stream in). Again, not a problem.
Don't recall ever seeing the sign the pastor mentions above...

Local movie theatre has one room with like 6 urinals and then another dozen individual "stalls" (more like sep rooms). Guys (or anyone who wants to stand I guess) can use the urinal room, anyone can use the stalls. Seems to work well.
