It's only Portland.

Urinals will remain popular in most of America.

It is a time and space factor for PUBLIC restrooms. Get it?
Add water usage (another poster mentioned it) as well.

Just seems like common sense....

No, because men's restrooms also have toilets. your logic doesnt actually make sense unless a mens restroom only ever had urinals, LOL

Urinals exist to save space, and allow men to urinate quickly and get in and get out. Stall space takes up much more room and is intended for the other bodily function men need to do. So, you've just confirmed you're ridiculous.

So you are saying every public restroom you have ever used had a urinal ? either you dont get out much or you are lying.

Either way, saying Urinals save space was never the argument, your argument was that men needed them to pee, they dont. you can pee in a toilet just as you do at home. Just as most men do in public restrooms without urinals.

We need to make this change to be more inclusive. And that means they aren't urinals. They're ourinals.
