In the minds of the Trumplings, anybody monitoring anyone in Trump's circle is being "spied" on. There could be somebody there under suspicion of murder, but your garden variety Trumpling will consider that to be part of some evil cabal out to get Trump and his friends, and thus being "spied" on. It never ever occurs to these Trumplings that somebody has done something wrong and thus, there might be darn good reasons why somebody's movements and actions are being monitored.

Giuliani should be put in a mental asylum where he belongs. Man has lost all his marbles and has become unhinged.
He's always been a little out there, but when he started screaming at people on camera, calling them morons and idiots, I think it is quite evident that his brain is fried. The look on Laura Ingraham's face frozen for 5 minutes, due to what was coming out of Rudy's mouth, was priceless.
I think he will in fact have to provide testimony. He's not a government employee, he has no executive privilege--so if he ignores a subpoena, he'll be prosecuted, disbarred and then of course pardoned by Trump. And the lunatic will be out roaming the world again. He'll be the next Trump 'fixer' to be indicted.
