Russia wants a weaker America that no longer dominates global politics. From what I see people like the Sackler family, Private Equity Firms, Pentagon contractors, and DC media elite have done far more damage to the lives of Americans than Putin would ever wish to do.

But if we don't get a handle on the foreign interference being invited in to meddle we could one day see, for example, when foreign agents are roaming across this country assassinating public figures, and our ability to deal with the other serious iniquities in our society will evaporate along with our sovereignty.
