Well this is fun! Federal Courts found in favor of people who were getting blocked by Trump. Result: If you are a public figure you can't block people on Twitter. Alexandria Ocasio Cortez, arrogant little princess that she is, keeps refusing to comply with federal court orders to stop blocking her constituents on Twitter.

Sadly, the Mainstream Media can't be bothered with reporting on this. Has anyone seen a significant news media company reporting on this? And I don't mean buried on page 38 of the newspaper or reported at 2AM. Actual effort to report? Anyone?

Thanks for sharing this. One of these days they make another worse error and their 30 min of fame is over. Right now they got an extension of the 15 min of fame but their time is running out. The go 100 mph into that brick wall, time after time.

You are going to see lawsuits against many politicians for blocking people on twitter. Steve King (R) from Iowa is another who has blocked people and will probably be sued for it.

If the courts find X then that needs to be followed by everyone without exceptions.

The bigger implication is that a political leader's Twitter feed has been declared a public forum with Constitutionally guaranteed rights to access it. Every American who has ever been banned from Twitter for anything short of outright lawbreaking is having their Constitutional rights infringed. And yet, Twitter continues to ban people for "hate speech" and wrong-think in general. Strange that the courts have remained silent on this as it's ridiculously obvious.
