After reading njforlife92's recent posts, I noticed that you'll sometimes see a libertarian rebuke Trump on this site until a Trump supporter immediately pounces on them by dubbing them socialists and Marxists without responding to any of their criticisms. And even if its valid, like Trump's continued corporate welfare, farm bailouts, record fiscal stimulus, and big government protectionist policies, it seems like the TS have no real desire to debate and would rather flee after labeling their libertarian opponent just another crazy liberal.
Are our libertarian friends really leftists like many Trump supporters claim, or do they throw such terms out as a way to shut down any opposing dialogue about Trump which isn't favorable?

No, libertarianism is the complete polar opposite of leftism. Leftists believe that the state and the collective is more important than the individual, whereas libertarians believe in the sanctity and autonomy of the individual. They believe government only exists to protect our natural rights ever as leftist believe our rights come from the state.
Libertarians hold some of the same views that leftists do (typically pro-choice, legalize drugs, etc) so sometimes they're gonna be lumped in with them, even though a lot of their views are the opposite of leftists.
And then there are libertarians on this site who think that Trump and his Trumpies are leftists.
Libertarians are a pretty big tent, but I don't generally consider them leftists. I think more people are identifying with them now as the Republican party gets more socially conservative. Libertarians generally favor minimum government, which means light taxes and less social programs, which is contrary to the far left's approach. But they also believe in minimal government interference in people's lives, therefore many/most support gay marriage, etc., because they believe the government shouldn't regulate people's personal lives when it doesn't hurt anyone else. This is contrary to the religious/socially conservative wing of the Republican party that seems to be ascendant right now. Many people who are blind Trump loyalists tend to label as "socialist" anyone who disagrees with anything Trump says regardless of whether the view is socialist or not. Of course the blind left does something similar and I have seen them label Libertarians as Trump Cultists when they disagree with expansion of social programs.
Public investment and infrastructure created the internet.
hmm well I'm not sure I agree entirely with that assertion, but Ill play.
Lets say instead of the US fed govt, Microsoft sent out an army of enforcers to rob money from everyone with the promise that in return it was going to use the stolen loot to create a new platform for the exchange of information. You okay with that?
