BREAKING: Intel Community Secretly Changed The Whistle-Blower Rules To Allow The Trump-Ukraine Complaint Just Days Before It Was Filed
...The Federalist’s Sean Davis has discovered that the intel community secretly changed the rules governing whistle-blowers, including amending the required form, in order to allow 2nd hand information to suffice. This happened just days before the Trump-Ukraine whistle-blower filed his complaint...

It does explain the disconnect between the long held first hand knowledge requirement and this guy being declared a whistleblower for relaying second hand gossip. If what is written is true, and I no longer automatically believe anything written by the media, then this is truly scandalous. Like Nixon level scandalous. Adam Schaffer’s is starting to smell very dirty, and, if true, this increases the stench.

Fake News. The linked article at that Fake News site has the newly revised form, not the old version of the form. Online forms get revised on a regular basis for many reasons.
The whistle blower report has already been deemed credible by the agency that reviews and approves the report. The whistle blower will soon testify. Will there be complaints about the testimony too? You bet.
Trump must be 100% guilty if the defense is this lame.

Trump admitted the allegations of the complaint. This issue, as they say, is now moot. Though I do find it interesting how Trumpers cannot defeat the allegations of the complaint, so they have to now resort to suppression of evidence. It js all they have.

A transcript of the phone call, written contemporaneously, isn't gossip. It's evidence.
The first hand rule is overly restrictive. Second hand knowledge should be allowed as long as it well sourced, is backed up by witnesses and is of high quality. The CIA officer who wrote was most likely trained in evidence gathering. His report isn't just watercooler gossip.
The fact is that Trump was caught in the act of serious wrong-doing. Congress has a duty to impeach.

Whistleblower form altered one month before complaint against Trump.
Mysteriously, the whistleblower form was recently changed to allow second hand hearsay. Not a coincidence. Deep state swamp is embedded in Intel agencies. They must be rooted out.
There is already a thread on this topic. However, as I wrote there, the issue is moot as Trump has admitted to the truth of the allegations contained in the complaint. All you have left are lame attempts to suppress Trump's confession. Pitiful...just pitiful.

Do you think it's a coincidence?
