The sons of Pelosi, Romney and Kerry, not just Biden, all have cushy board positions in Ukrainian energy companies. Do as Dems say, not as they do.

PolitiFact: Pelosi, Romney and Kerry don’t have sons working for companies linked to Ukraine

Several Facebook posts claimed that the sons of Biden, Pelosi, Romney and Kerry are on the boards of "energy companies doing business in Ukraine."

Beyond Hunter Biden’s already well-known tenure as a board member for Ukrainian energy company Burisma (which ended in spring 2019), this claim is inaccurate and represents a false attack against those who have spoken out against Trump.

Pelosi’s son, Paul, briefly served on the board of an American energy company before it dissolved in 2010, but there’s no evidence the company had dealings with Ukraine while he held that seat. Kerry stepson, Chris, has worked with Hunter and another former Burisma board member in the past, but he severed ties after they joined the energy company in 2014. There is no evidence that any of Romney’s sons have served on the board of any energy companies with ties to Ukraine.

His rambling, incoherent, sycophantic, prevaricating defense of Trump has debased himself to no end. Why a man who had such a stellar reputation would completely squander it for Trump, a man who was never fit to shine Giuliani's shoes, is beyond me.

Giuliani's reputation is torn and tattered. One day he may wake up and wonder why he threw it all away.
Well said! I didn't know that about being third ranking under Reagan.

Oh boy! We all know what happened to Epstein with all the "insurance against trump" he had!

You peaked my interest. Here's what I found. Kissinger wins Nobel Prize under controversial circumstances with two members of the committee resigning in protest. Yikes. That sounds terrible. What did he win the Nobel Prize for? "For his actions negotiating a ceasefire in Vietnam." So we have a Harvard Professor being appointed by Nixon to Secretary of State who went on to win a Nobel Prize for saving American lives in Viet Nam vs a Grifter President who undermines career diplomats by putting yes men in place to illegally withhold Congressional approved aid to a fledgling country trying to be democratic and fighting off illegal activities by Russia for illegal personal election interference with debunked lies and conspiracy theories. Really? It's a pathetic comparison.
Add to the mix one of Trump's personal attorney's in prison and Giuliani quite possibly being the second one in jail. What I can't understand is how Trump corrupts all of these people.

He was always that way. I have been at functions where he spoke and my opinion of him, shared by others, was that he was probably the tattle tale in grammar school that the other kids would beat up on. Most of the Giuliani reputation was myth and self aggrandizement. He made a lot of missteps throughout his mayorship and surrounded himself with some criminally bad people. Eg., Bernard Kerik his PC who he recommended to be the first head of Homeland Security, but who went to prison instead; his chauffeur and bodyguard who executed Anthony Rosario, lying face down in a Bronx apartment, in cold blood, then Giuliani pretended to be talking to Anthony's mother on his call in TV show, while her video showed he had hung up on her while blaming her for not raising her son right (an honor student in Catholic High School); participating in the destruction of evidence of the twin towers, all of which was quickly sold as scrap steel to China; and giving cops carte blanc to "clean up the city" by any means - remember the NYC cops chanting "It's Giuliani time now", remember Amadou Diallo shot 47 times by the warrant squad in a case of mistaken identity, remember the man who was sodomized with a broken stick by cops in a Brooklyn Precinct while no one did a thing. Trump just let Giuliani show the world his true colors.

Nixon and Kissinger were both war criminals with archives that became available much later in time showing Nixon at least should have been charged for needlessly causing American war deaths for personal electoral advantage when a candidate in 1968. Unfortunately he was not at the time caught. No whistleblower came forward.

What did Nixon in was the separate and by comparison more minor event of Watergate. Sometimes corrupt individuals like Nixon (or Trump) simply continue to act corruptly repeatedly over time until eventually they are caught - or not. Others like Giuliani then are drawn into their orbit both to facilitate and, in the case of Giuliani, get on a money train. What I find striking about both men (Trump and Giuliani) is how nasty they are - a character trait that appears to be correlated at least in this case with wrong-doing.
