MOSCOW — The Kremlin said Monday that transcripts of calls between U.S. President Donald Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin can only be published by mutual agreement.
That’s right little Donny- if big daddy Vlad says no, you’d better listen, lol.

I see nothing unusual about it. There are probably agreements about this, just as we or someone else, just cannot go share classified info unless the other country agrees.

Trump won't be releasing these transcripts. It will take subpoenas and likely court orders to pry them loose.

Don't you all wonder what was said that has Putin so worried?

I suspect -- like Kim Jung Un -- Putin uses a whole lot of flattery to get on Trump's good side and that doesn't look good with Putin's tough man in charge image.

And who is Russia's primary geopolitical adversary in the area? It's Ukraine. Try to keep up.

No, zero care. I doubt Putin cares, except perhaps the US should abide by protocol it agreed to.

But fact is the talks between leaders is a presumption and even under agreement of being confidential, and not just released to the world, or even other government officials, unless there is an agreement before or after.

I'm not saying the transcripts should be released to the public without the approval. Just surprised Putin is so panicked. I'm sure he is in control in all the phone calls - - he is much more verbal -- even in his second language than Trump is and much more savvy.

I think the House Intelligence Committee should be given access to all transcripts of calls that the President makes as the President of the USA.

If nothing, this presidency has shown us how much the President of the USA could get into something with a foreign leader and we would never know.
