Watch Chris Hayes show tonight—all in w/Chris Hayes—
Doing great time line for initial heads up about the beginning of the Ukraine blackmail policy
This gives us the names of couple of people you may not be familiar with
Bill Taylor, career foreign service in Ukraine) w/Trump appointee Sondland

And that there is such visible evidence of knowledge of guilt in the behavior and conversations that proves how stupid these people are

Just watch Chris Hayes—it is as good as a standup but totally using the conversation between Trump and his sycophants’ own words to prove how criminal, conspiratorial, and stupid they are

When the Intel IG sent the referral to the DoJ it was MEANT to be a CRIMINAL REFERRAL—
Not a check is this legal whistleblower complaint—but THIS IS ILLEGAL ACTIVITY on the part of the WH and others...

So the DoJ just sat on it and tried to whitewash it...
Which didn’t work...

Anyone who believes that Trump is innocent of wrong doing-
I dare you to watch this show—
Trump has lit the match that will blow up his presidency...

Taylor was ready to quit over this, he still might and that would be a victory for Russia.

So the Volker testimony was a huge setback for the impeachment movement.

The Schiff Dossier is falling apart.

I watched it Now they found out there's a second whistleblower in the CIA whose information was referred to justice as a possible criminal matter but Barr chose to evaluate it as a 'campaign finance issue' instead and found no criminal conduct. That's what happens when POTUS has his personal lap dog as AG

A setback? Hardly...but maybe that's how it looks from upside down world.

The Office of Legal Counsel (OLC) were the ones to review the matter. They are career DOJ lawyers, not Trump appointees.

The OLC also said the IG lacked sound legal judgment when he said this was an urgent whistle blower claim.

Sorry, but those are the facts.

This OLC? The Office of Legal Counsel is an office in the United States Department of Justice that assists the Attorney General's position as legal adviser to the President and all executive branch agencies.
