There is plenty of evidence that Biden abused his oath and even admitted as much. They are being investigated, US, China and Ukraine are reportedly doing so.
Oath of office is essentially to support and defend the constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic. Let's see, Schiff has been recorded trying to get dirt on Trump from Russia. Biden basically bragged about getting foreign official fired by withholding aid. Asking foreign government to support the investigation is somehow against the constitution? Where are those impeachment inquiries or because they are Democrats, they get a pass. Sounds like a double standard.
I think we have a different standard for evidence, if you have it let's see it.
This whistle blower stuff is really stupid when you think about it. It is now ok to hear a rumor that you do not even have to have first hand knowledge of, report it to someone who then reports it to someone else and then the complaint is "leaked" and grabbed on to by the media that spreads it like lightning around the world before anything is actually qualified.
It is like a big game of Chinese Whispers. It is like a bunch of kids in Middle school that start a rumor that someone likes someone or a kid that doesn't fit into the crowd is gay, smelly, poor, stupid and just plain weird.
Whistle blowing in this modern age is not so much about holding our elected to an honest standard but more about Bullying.
Trump does not fit in to the Democrats cliques and they hate him and will do anything to make his life miserable.

Personally, I've never said Biden committed a crime, but there are some very concerning things with what was going on.
The company Hunter Biden was working for was under investigation, that is a fact.
Joe Biden stated that loans were dependent on the Ukrainians removing the prosecutor that was conducting the investigation, that is also a fact.
Were there crimes committed, I don't know, but this is certainly something that should be investigated, especially if Joe Biden wants to become president.
As the democrats were so fond of saying, "we need to know".
This is where reading all the information out there comes in to play.
The Ukranian govt. has clearly stated that the investigation into the company was for activity 2 yrs. PRIOR to Biden getting on the board and it was specific to one individual with the company.
Biden put pressure on the Ukraine govt. because SHOKIN wasn't aggressively pursuing corruption. THink about that -- the world was critical of this guy for not being aggressive with corruption. The USA, including Republican & Democrats agreed that this guy wasn't aggressive enough.
THe company under investigation did add new members in MAy 2014 to their board and most definitely were trying to 'clean up their image.'
BUT none of the pieces fall into place. The Ukranian govt. has said there was no connection between the Bidens and their investigation ALREADY.
Nobody but Trump and his fans think there is something there.
And can we serious -- this is from 2016. Why didn't Trump say something before. And he still hadn't said anything UNTIL the whistleblower cam forward.
IF there is a concern for deep corruption on a national/government/USA level......this is not how the President of the USA and his band of puppets should be pursuing 'official' concern of corruption. You don't send your personal --- deranged -- lawyer to the Ukraine......and then when you do and the Ukraine tells you -- a number of times -- there is nothing there. At some point you have to stop pretending and wishing for unicorns.

Another Intelligence Official might file a Whistleblower Complaint. This person has more direct information about Trump and Ukraine, that wasn't filed in the 1st Whistleblower's Complaint.

The suggestion to tie the loan guarantee to the GPO (General Prosecutor Office) clean up / Shokin removal reportedly originated in the US embassy. The IMF states on the record they could not support a loan guarantee program until that GPO cleanup to remove corruption.
Zelensky has no ability to access that kind of information. The investigation of a US VP needs to originate in the United States. What Trump wanted was an investigation with Hunter Biden's name on it to give legs to his conspiracy theories. The Base will swallow anything. Independent voters not so much.
