Exactly - the day that congressman shouted “liar” in the assembly to president Obama. - it was over ! Your potus now deflects, lies and has a good potty mouth - plus hundreds of nasty tweets - against other leaders here and abroad. There is no respect nor honor for our traditional standards. This is the era of no filters, no education and no principles. Surprised still can get in hot water here by the mods in CD. We can’t quote - the words actually said.

"A Florida teacher was reassigned", should have been fired or at least suspended without pay for while.

And some wonder why so many teachers are not respected as they used to be and why so may millennial's are liberals. They've been getting this type of "teaching" every day all day in school.

How many incidents like this have never been reported since the 60's?

I mean - what's the old saying "the fish rots from the head"?

We certainly aren't seeing civil discourse from the POTUS.

That said, I don't agree with calling the president an idiot in front of middle schoolers.

Whether you like Trump or not, shouldn’t we all be able to agree that it is not a school’s job to indoctrinate students one way or the other. I would feel the same if the “idiot” comment was about Obama.

Wether he's an idiot or not teaching children to disrespect the President of our country is the root of our countries hate.

I agree bad way to put it. Should have asked if found him effective or competent. It was a question - not a statement.
The multiple answer question - was he ? one if the answers was- idiot.

Except Obama DID lie.

And you can't compare that one outburst to the hate-spewed venom constantly being launched at our president, and by those who support him, by Democrats.

It was a statement. Read the “question” again. The “idiot” comment was part of the stem. The question was, which president fits the description. But the rest of the description, could only fit Trump as the answer. So the only way a child could get the answer correct, is if he was forced to call Trump and idiot.

Though it would have been wrong to force them to call any of the presidents listed, an idiot, in order to get a better grade.

My friend is a teacher, in one of the moat liberal counties in the country, and in a liberal profession. She said she keeps her Trump vote hidden for fear of being taunted by her co-workers. What's more, she said there's one boy in her class (she teaches 8th grade) whose parents voted for Trump, and she has advised the boy to pretend to be upset about his parents' vote.

She said she knows she's teaching the child that people who vote for or support the U.S. president are bad people, which is a horrible message to send, but she said she just trying to save the child from being bullied.

Sad country we live in where liberals have so demonized those who voted for the winner of a presidential election that we have to teach our children to hide it, or be bullied and taunted.
