Well if that was true we should have seen price declines since many had a reduction in their bottom line, I didn't see any significant cuts. That wasn't the point though, these corporate cuts were supposed to pay for themselves with increased production generating more revenue. That never quite happened and it increased the deficit.

The largest increases were for those at the bottom and top, the middle class was left behind as it has been for decades. Those increases at the low end were due to increases in employment but also minimum wage increases.


The largest beneficiaries were those at the top
