Unless we do something about that cadre of young people, tens of thousands of them born out of wedlock without parents, without supervision, without any structure, without any conscience developing, because they literally have not been socialized… If we don’t they will, or a portion of them will become the predators 15 years from now. Madam President we have predators on our streets… Again, it does not mean that because we created them that we somehow forgive them or do not take them out of society to protect my family and yours from them. They are beyond the pale. We have no choice but to take them out of society.

Interesting to note the derivation of the term 'beyond the pale.' It comes from when the English were trying to subdue the Irish around the 14th century. The Irish were known for their dancing, singing, and gaiety, and the problem arose that conquering English would often 'go native' and meld into Irish culture. To combat this, the English established a zone called 'the Pale.' It was basically a garrison where Irish influence was banned.

Even in the fake news alternative facts universe, what you said doesn't make sense. Even Republicans are cognizant of the fact that the Democrats have been much better to minorities than Republicans. This is literally one of the most defining differences between the two parties.
