There are probably illegal leakers inside the various LE agencies that keep Rudy tipped off. That's how he knew that Comey was going to swing the election....before anyone else did.
If Rudy was ever made to sing we'd cringe at the treason of it all.

There are plenty of good Russians but they aren't the ones who have the money to start many levels of shell companies and pay off Trump and Guliani.
It's somewhat similar to the old days of Mafia coming over here. Italians, in general, were good people....but the crooks came over because this was a "new frontier". We need to send the Russian Oligarchs back to where they come from instead of partnering with them like Moscow Mitch and others do.
