Goes to show that no one in the Dallas Area who is black should ever call the police for a welfare check.

The cop shoots the very person they were doing a welfare check on.
I know. That's the complete irony. Why didn't this cop get that, at ALL??

Did you watch the video? It seems there was no way the woman (who was the rightful resident in the home) could have seen who was shining the flashlight in the backyard of her home at 2 am.

So. No. When an assailant in my back yard says show your hands, I'm going to attempt to shoot instead. Very sad this didn't work out for the innocent homeowner in this case.

All I was saying was..
If somebody is pointing a gun at me, I would do whatever they asked. Im not referring to this case. Just in general.

I’d slam my plastic drinking straw up their nose with enough force to kill the perp instantly.

Aren't you allowed to own as many guns as you like in Texas? Or does that just apply to white folks?

It is murder. That's the law in Texas. But murder means a sentence of 5-99 years, while manslaughter is 2-20, so the distinction doesn't necessarily matter.

Who would call the cops on their neighbor in a situation like this? That's nuts.
