Second, the easy answer is the same as during Civil War: HOW to free slaves "without slaughtering or threatening to slaughter a lot of people who currently own" them? This is the exact and direct parallel. Can you please remind me, what was the answer in those days?

In (a rare) case you want to talk seriously, there are numerous ways:
a) since socialists claim that socialism is more effective system, then just simply wait until "employee-owned" companies outperform private companies and put them out of business. Simple solution, normal competition process. Don't you like the competition?

b) tax private-owned companies out. Again, simple solution that doesn't require too kill anyone. Notice, I'm not saying it's a just solution. I just provide an answer to your question - how to make peaceful transition.

I'm not advocating any social system. I just got tired of people spitting out terms they have no clue about.

BTW, just read that Britannica link I provided. It's a good and interesting read; at a minimum, you'd be better informed.
a) go ahead. Nobody is stopping you from forming an employee owned business.

b) taxing private company out of existence is threatening to slaughter people.

However property taxes just don't pay for schools. You didn't answer how cities and towns can run things without receiving money.

Your idea of evil, is funny
I never said income tax were OK. Income tax, property tax and estate tax are evil.

Nobody should be forced to pay for other people’s expenses.

There are lots of inequities,..like corporations also not paying their fair share, that should be addressed.
I was told through the Trump tariff war that corporations don’t pay taxes - consumers do. Taxing corporations is in reality taxing the consumers.

Just exactly who pays for corporate taxes? Corporations or consumers?

How do we achieve fair taxation? How about everybody pays the equal amount?

People can't pay an equal amount, as that will be regressive as hell and require the lower classes to pay every single dollar they earn in taxes to be enough for a functioning government. Get real

Surely can. That amount is zero. Nobody should be paying any income tax, estate tax or property tax.
