Our nation sadly has come such a LONG way from the time when our nation's founding fathers drafted several incredible documents, the Declaration of Independence and the United States Constitution as well as each State Constitution, that none of us can honestly look anywhere in government, federal or State, where we actually believe with all our hearts that the people we elected will honor the words and intent of the respective Constitutions and the limits placed upon government via those documents.

To act surprised now, pointing our fingers at one side or the other is nothing more than an exercise of political partisanship. They ALL do it and we KNOW it.

But then again, that's just MY opinion, for what it's worth.

It has NOTING to do with the Patriot Act and the FISA system AS WRITTEN. Anybody can abuse the law if they wish as long as the higher ups want to and let them.

It was only written after decades of doing it without a document Okaying it.
