As for the second, Google is your friend. And oh, the treasure trove you'll find there!
Why are you lying? Quote the presidents actual statements. Did Biden have DIRT that could harm him politically? Why no concern over that and trying to prosecute a president for requesting it be investigated?
I sure hope your impeachment consists of something better than lying about his statements.

You people are a joke. For two years it was collusion, collusion, now we got him! Ooops!
Your hollow threats and dishonest ineptitude are becoming tiring. Step up your game!

Literally everything about it suggests otherwise from the fact that it's not properly authorized by a vote in the house top the secretive and one sided nature of it.

You'd have to be a completely blind partisan to think this process is legitimate

Trump's insistence that he just wants foreign countries to tackle “corruption” is absurd. His lawbreaking is all about smearing a political opponent whom he fears. He is lying and lying and lying which most of us have come to expect. Why folks still fall for it, remains baffling.

Here is a classic example of his lies and how it took only 1 question following the president's diatribe to reveal that Trump is gas-lighting his followers. On the WH lawn a couple of weeks ago: “I don’t care about Biden’s campaign, but I do care about corruption,” “I believe there was tremendous corruption with Biden ... we are looking at corruption, we are not looking at politics.”

Trump went as far as to insist “this is about corruption” or a close variant of that statement six times in less than 40 seconds. ( this repetition is a tell of his as well as it is his MO taken from the Stalin and Goebbels playbook)

All it took, however, was one question from a reporter to destroy Trump's talking point.

“Have you asked foreign leaders for any corruption investigations that don’t involve your political opponents?” Trump could not provide even 1 instance. He rambled on and on and totally dissembled, but he could not provide a single solitary example.

Trump’s and your insistence that he’s really just concerned about corruption is hard to buy. Trump is arguably the most personally corrupt president in the history of the United States and the notion that he’s suddenly become a principled anti-corruption crusader is absurd.

His "perfect call" never even mentioned the word corruption. Never.

Your post is one of Trump's absurd talking points. This talking point is part of Trump's and the GOP’s effort to make people believe he didn’t in fact try to turn American diplomacy into an opposition research arm of his 2020 campaign, but don’t be fooled: Trump's actions were a blatant political ploy, and he broke the law. Trump, the most corrupt POTUS ever is concerned about corruption.

One reporter's question destroyed Trump's talking point as I previously mentioned and your defense is useless as well.

The memo about the July phone call between Trump and Zelensky, that the White House released, also indicates Trump’s new talking point is nonsense.

During that call, the word “corruption” was never uttered. Instead, Trump suggested military aid to the country was contingent on Zelensky doing him a “favor,” and he then brought up his desire to see investigations opened into the Bidens and the origins of the Mueller investigation.

If it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck, its a duck!

You can buy what Trump is selling but as a prominent Republican has stated: " When the only American citizen President Trump singles out for investigation is his political opponent in the midst of the Democratic nomination process, it strains credulity to suggest that it is anything other than politically motivated."

Trump has rolled out a number of other defenses of his impeachable offense, including:" his 2016 win means he can do what he wants", "Democrats are really to blame", " the whole scandal should be dismissed because it is a witch hunt". All reveal his flailing and indefensible sell-out of "we the people".

But once again, Trump’s insistence that he’s really just concerned about corruption is especially hard to buy and I'd stop peddling it if I were you.

See below for a transcript of that call. You should have read it. I sourced it from an outlet you probably prefer.

Lol, this may be the worst dem fail yet.
"There's no requirement that we have a vote, and so at this time, we will not be having a vote," Pelosi said at a press conference after the meeting. "We're not here to call bluffs."

Pelosi knows all of this, part of the reason she's halting it.
What is she halting?

This whole impeachment BS by not holding a vote.

She knows it will backfire if they move forward.

Plus she doesn't want Republicans to gain subpoena power.

More democrat BS.

She doesn't want impeachment and the election simultaneously in 2020, bad for the country.

According to Capitol Hill members, via Politico, House Democrat leadership has taken a climate assessment of democrat House members and Speaker Pelosi announced they will not hold a House impeachment authorization vote. As a direct and specific consequence all committee subpoenas do not carry a penalty for non-compliance.

A judicial penalty can only be created if the House votes to authorize an impeachment inquiry. Absent a vote, the Legislative Branch has not established compulsion authority (aka judicial enforcement authority), as they attempt to work through their quasi-constitutional “impeachment inquiry” process.

Instead of subpoenas, Adam Schiff (House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence); Chairman Elijah E. Cummings (Committee on White House Oversight; and Chairman Eliot L. Engel (House Committee on Foreign Affairs) can only send out request letters. The compliance is discretionary based on the ideology of the recipient.

It is likely, highly likely, Nancy Pelosi does not have the votes to proceed with a full House impeachment authorization; so Pelosi, Schiff, Engel and Cummings have to rely on the duplicity of the media to help them hide their scheme. So far the media is complying.

There is nothing in the Constitution requiring a vote. Democrats don't want the impeachment inquiry to go on forever. If republicans have subpoena power this will just drag on.....much like what's going on in the white house right now. They are ignoring subpoenas and refusing to give over documents. Stalling is a great tactic but it also indicates hidden agendas which they don't want all of us to know.

An impeachment that really wasn't an impeachment... More of a way to get these anti-Trumpers excited about the pathetic Democratic party... What a sad, sad attempt...
