I get it....you all want all the benefits from the past.....but not the liabilities from the past. It's a package deal though. We live with freedoms that we personally did not earn, due to the sacrifices of people in the past who are no longer living. That is a benefit that is passed to/inherited to all citizens of this nation, regardless of role played in creating the freedoms or not. The past also witnessed centuries of racial oppression. The result of that past, its liabilities, is now a burden upon the present.
Yes, there is a double standard born from the fact that blacks cannot racially oppress whites in this nation and blacks have not racially oppressed whites in this nation. The potential threat to blacks from whites is MUCH, MUCH greater than the potential threat to whites from blacks. Just think of the extreme. If blacks declared war against whites in this nation what would happen to black people? Who would win that war? It would be no contest because whites have the power to crush black people numerically, economically, geographically...AND HAVE DONE SO IN THE PAST!!! Blacks have no such power to be a threat to whites. Its like asking "why can that 5 year old punch an adult but an adult cannot punch a 5 year old". Double standard. The numbers and economic power of whites in this country, relative to blacks, is akin to the difference in power between a 5 year old and a full sized adult.

No, we do not know with certainly that this is black on white crime. But we can be pretty sure the attackers were not white or it would have been mentioned.

I did a google search using these words 20 people attack couple in Des Moines skywalk black hispanic.
The first result says "A Des Moines man and his girlfriend told police on Saturday night they were ... group of about 20 black and Hispanic juveniles that brutally attacked the man, ... “Our officers have been shoved down the stairs by these people."
No. I see ONE wrong and the reaction to it. Every action creates a reaction. Throw a boomerang and it comes back at you. You can call it Karma or whatever. If it were two wrongs it would be whites being enslaved by blacks for centuries. This is not what is going on. What is going on is that whites are under greater scrutiny because their bad history of inter-racial discrimination and violence. You don't like dealing with this bed whites made.....but you are going to have to lay in it.....just like black people have to deal with the socioeconomic deprivations from that same racist past. We would be glade to trade our socioeconomic hardship for your greater scrutiny and double standards.
