So you want to be the world's police with the US iinvolved in never ending conflicts.

That's why 911 happened.

Turkey is a NATO member, Kurds are not. Learn what an actual ally is before commenting.

Just wait until the next time the U.S. needs the backing of an ally somewhere in the world and they decline to help because they don't trust us. MAGA, indeed.
3% of pur total agricultural production is exported to China.

If 3% of US oil production were lost to solar panels manufactured in China, would you be so outraged?

The Kurds were our ally, you do not need to be a member of NATO to be an ally.

Similar terms to this cease fire could have been negotiated prior to our withdrawal, saving thousands of our allies' lives, tens of thousands Syrians from being displaced, and without destroying our credibility with geo-strategic allies. This has nothing to do with being the "world's police" and everything to do with basic foresight and strategic planning.

I doubt that. The Kurds are being forced to leave their homes, land, and livlihood behind and relocate to who knows where in Syria. Put yourself in that position. They had to be forced off their lands after Trump gave the green light. This is not over either. The Kurds are now in the arms of Assad and Assad, in turn, is little more than a Russian tool to carry out their plans for domination of that part of the world.

I would suggest you watch, and listen carefully to the video.
Pence stated a "pause" for 120 hours, and THE TURKISH GOVERNMENT HAS AGREED TO A PERMANENT CEASE FIRE AFTER THE 120 HOURS.
That is what is stated in the video.

Bob.

Then let the Democrats draft a resolution calling for WAR in Syria. Then the cash can start flowing in again from their defense contractor friends.

Huh I didn't know that it was Trump and Pence that decided to back rebels in a no win civil war, costing over half a million lives... I could have sworn it was someone else, anyone know who that was
