If Nebraska banned Californians, could you imagine what the Left would say?
California did not ban Nebraska. You understand that, yes.

??? Conquered. The agenda is all to liberals. - What? I suppose SF equals liberal to you. Very weird.

Keep in mind, no one is actually banning anyone from any state. All they're doing is saying this government will no longer do official business in this state.
A distinction some of our friends here do not understand.
Further, to give some of you more to do and keep your minds occupied:
The state of California bans travel to the following states for state employees. https://oag.ca.gov/ab1887
Alabama
Iowa
Kansas
Kentucky
Mississippi
North Carolina
Oklahoma
South Carolina
South Dakota
Tennessee
Texas
I am not big on in regards to social issues myself, mainly fiscal issues.
Nebraska is a very, very heavily catholic state that is very tight-knit, conservative and religious. Over the years, it has been one of the aggressive on restricting access to abortion services.
Supposedly, it's just not Nebraska but all 22 states that have more abortion restrictions than San Francisco approves of.
San Francisco new regulations also ban any contracts on companies based in those 22 states.
The governor of Nebraska wasted no time though and " “Nebraska is a proudly pro-life state, and this demonstrates shocking intolerance by coastal elites that is divisive to our nation.”
The Nebraska family alliance though came out with a brilliant message to the San Francisco politicians " “Nebraska. Honestly, it’s not for everyone.”
WTH? How can this be legal? Doesn't anyone see how communist this is?
Why? This is a city government deciding not to do official business in particular states. Do you think that city governments shouldn't have the right to make decisions about where and/or with whom they do business?

Within the United States, yes, they shouldn't have the right to restrict business. This is flat out communism, and I am sure unconstitutional. I sure hope some lawyers decide to tackle this and bring it before the Supreme Court to decide. This is the kind of stuff Communist China would do, not the free states of the United States of America.

They are not restricting businesses. Businesses can do what they like.
The City of San Francisco will not be doing business with those states. JUST the government. Businesses in San Francisco can work with whomever they please in all the states.
This is not like Trump commanding businesses to leave China.

I’m no fan of the Religious Right, but it is fun to hear the Nebraska governor play the “intolerance” card on the Looney Left.
I'm not with the religious right either but in this case their governor is completely correct.
San Francisco is being shockingly biased here in that they're fine with various muslim countries but OMG...if another state has a different religion where they don't approve of abortion they must be punished.

Maybe some of those states where San Fran's water comes from, will STOP the water flow.
Allah akbar!!....errr I mean Praise Jesus!!
You better get used to more and more stuff like this if Republicans get their way. In a split country, the liberal half will probably have to impose economic sanctions on the half ruled by the religious right for human rights atrocities. Wait to see what happens when states impose the death penalty on women who cross state lines to get an abortion.
I don't expect that this is meaningful just preaching to the base, how much travel or business or travel does SF have with those 22 states.
Just another thread in the continuing series of the "I hate anything California" by the OP.
