10 isn't a big difference as you climb the age ladder. I'm sure the guy liked her a lot, and they cared for each other.
What does it matter? Investing personal time in your professional life makes you less cruel and more likely to understand that public service is more than just your career ladder.

Having an affair with a staffer is a fireable offense. She violated the House ethics which is huge. That's why it matters. Hill was wrong and needs to own up to it instead of blaming others for her own screwup.
She comes off like a stupid 3rd grader. She broke the rules, ol Nance dressed her down and she quit. She's blaming the husband and the vast right wing conspiracy. No one knew who this dumbass was or cared enough to bother trying to set her up or whatever. Her husband leaked the info. She can say whatever she wants and blame who ever but at the end of the day she was the one that violated the rules. She needs to nut up and shut up and own her own crap.
I am starting to think that maybe, just maybe, taking intimate photos of oneself is a really, really bad idea.
