Money gives you the following:

Liberates you from want

Work that is miserable

from relationships that confine you.

It gives you freedom

security

peace of mind

do and be what you want

support worthy causes

gives you dignity

IMHO...money gives you all the happiness in the world. It’s not evil!

Money makes it easier to be happy but you can have all the things you listed and still be miserable.

Happiness is a state of mind.

Money gives you dignity? WHAT?

Plenty of rich and wealthy people still end up killing themselves every year, so obviously money didn't bring THEM happiness?

Jeffery Epstein
Chris Cornell
Anthony Bourdain
Chester Bennington
Alexander McQueen
Junior Seau
Robin Williams
Tony Scott

Just to name a few over the past decade or so.

I wouldn't say money can buy you happiness so much as it can help relieve a lot of the stresses and worries that can add to unhappiness. That said, it doesn't solve everything--for example, an elderly parent deteriorating due to Alzheimer's. Maybe money will help you provide great care for them, but you are still watching your parent turn into a stranger, and know that they're going to die soon.

Money in itself is not evil. It is the LOVE OF MONEY that is evil.. When you love money all kinds of evil thoughts are put into action for the love of money.. greed makes people kill steal and destroy others and themselves. Many people are sitting in jail today because they loved money.

If you work for it and respect it , then you are happier when you earn it. First God, family, people, home and then money is a great way to apply it.

"Money can't buy happiness, but it will pay for the search."

This sums it up for me.
