Wrong. Parroting Trump is beneath you.

The Judge’s decision appears to comply with the Framers desire to keep a Political Issue, which Impeachment is, out of the Courts. It really isn’t a surprise at all. Unless a higher Court rules otherwise the ball is in the Court of the Democrat controlled House , until they have the guts to create Articles of Impeachment , take a vote from the full House, and then present them to the Senate.

There may be some arguments regarding Letters and subpoenas issued , and those may or may not be addressed by the Court. If it involves Executive Privilege , or possible conflicts with Constitutional rights for example.

The Democrats, if they go through with their Impeachment, will have to remember how they have so far put this together, and wonder if the Republican controlled Senate will find the evidence compelling enough to destroy their own Party, and set themselves up for a possible defeat for POTUS and defeat in their own Districts if they happen to support POTUS. The Dems then will have all the eggs in one basket. If the POTUS is not removed by the Senate , they will have very little but symbolism to hang their hats on.

Voters may very well recognize the constant and organized effort by Dems to undo the Election results of 2016, and they will be reminded of the Russian Hoax, all the other failed attempts, and the future unknowns of other pending investigations. Together with their current behavior, legal for now, but hardly traditional conduct and some very questionable circumstances , the Dems may be in for some unexpected consequences

At the end of all of this, unless the evidence is solid , visible and nearly unquestionable, I don’t see that Republicans will commit Political suicide.

An Obama hack judge ???? Nothing will come of this other than the dems backing themselves into a corner due to mental illness. They have all but guaranteed Trumps re-election.

Conservative and Independent voters see this kangaroo court and regardless of party will not let it stand without consequences. I refuse to believe any American other than progressive liberals are stupid enough to swallow what they are dishing out.

Republicans, and Russian trolls are doing their very best to gaslight folks into thinking that the House impeachment inquiries are out of bounds, not following the rules.

They are following the rules approved by Republicans in 2015.

Judge said they are following the rule of law.

Oh God, again with the guns. LOL. Nobody wants your guns, honey.

So much "misinformation" posted on this thread that can't help but wonder what grades those folks got in government classes. Or if it was American government studied in their H.S.

They just refuse to do the research. Unfortunately, low information folks get to vote.

Legal? Illegal? I don't know. Don't even care.
They can inquire all they want, hold all the investigations, call all the witnesses, demand and even subpoena records all they want. At some point they will have to stop talking about all the evidence they found and show it to the members of The House so that they can all vote.
That's when it will fall apart.

The Senate is charged with conducting the trial.

The House is the body with sole responsibility for investigation and drawing Articles of Impeachment.

It's all right there in Article 1 of the Constitution. All of the Originalists know that.
