Just because these girls are underage doesn't mean they were raped. Lots of young girls from poor countries prostitute and/or get into relationships with older foreign men for money, housing, etc.

The age of consent in Uganda is 18. If you are an adult and sleep with someone under 18, you are committing rape.
So what if it is through prostitution, is that an excuse?
There is no way that these children would be allowed to first, immigrate, and certainly not integrate. That is not how Asian cultures work, particularly East Asian ones. The bloodline is very important and blood is culture. To be Han Chinese is to be born with the blood.

As for the topic at hand, while I don't condone having sex with underage people, the attacks against otherwise lawfully present Chinese men having legal sex with of-age African women and then leaving/not supporting is a bit interesting, given that African men are guilty of the same thing. I take issue with the singling out of Chinese men in particular here.
I worry about the treatment of these half Chinese children as they grow up. Will they be ostracized? Will China allow them to emigrate and find their bio fathers?
The issue of Chinese men impregnating Ugandan women, some of them underage, and then abandoning the baby has become serious enough that even some Chinese development projects in the East African nation are being cancelled.

Technical thing here: a 15-year-old can have the mental capacity to willingly sleep with a 25-year-old. From a practical standpoint, I don't call that rape. From a legal standpoint, I prefer something like "Inappropriate sexual conduct with a minor" vs. "statutory rape".

You might not like to call it that but under the law, that’s what it is.
China will suck africa dry of resources then just dump the countries and leave a mess!!
Same as everyone else. Easy profits. No one would trade places with them yet claim they have some sort of advantage in being given food and aid.
