It should be a slap in the face to how the DC establishment leans left, and can’t hide it. That should tell you some of the conspiracy theories aren’t that far fetched.
Respect is earned even for a president. Trump doesn't respect anyone who doesn't love and support him. He berates and belittles them. So why can't people do the same to him? If you want respect then you need to show respect.

He is coming to Lexington on Nov 4 to Rupp Arena to give a boost to Gov. Truth is, the fact that this many people were willing to boo the POTUS and that so many are defending such behavior shows how far “progressivism” has lowered our country.
