Who has the power of the purse? The House of Reps. So why then are they blowing money like this?

Democrats took over the House, which has the power of the purse. But you knew that, and are just trying to fool people into believing it's Trump's fault anyway.

The federal budget is from Oct. 1 until Oct. 1 of the following year. The "spend like drunken sailors" GOP made the budget that you are referring to.

Quote:
Each year, Congress works on a federal budget for the next fiscal year. The government's fiscal year runs from October 1 of one year to September 30 of the next. The budget includes a detailed spending plan.

Any other questions?

Keep voting folks.

Even a miracle needs a hand.

The Democrat budget did not start until Oct. 1, 2019. It is the GOP fault as always.

doesn't matter what party is in power, all these politicians enjoy spending millions and even billions of taxpayer money if it will get them a few thousand in campaign contributions.

Our spending problem is a big government problem for which both parties are responsible.

Nope. The GOP does this every-time! The Democrats keep spending under control. A four billion dollar wall anyone?
